In the real world, an academy in an organized college or institution, where special subjects or skill are taught. Obviously, a football academy is the place where junior footballers go to learn the right techniques and tactics to prepare them for a professional career in this sport. Most young people enrol into a football academy for one basic reason: to learn how to become world-class professional footballers.
To teach the young boys and girls the game of football from the rudiment and to make the club one of the best in the game of football in India.
The target for this football academy is to teach professional football from age of 5 to 18 year boys and girls.

Short term plan (First 6 months)
Teach the young boys and girls the game of football from the foundation. Teaching them the basic skill in the game of football which include : passing, controlling the ball, heading, dribbling etc.
Give the players proper drills, which would make them physically and mentally fit. Prepare the pupils for friendly (exhibitions) match with other schools in Thrissur.
Long term plan (second 6 months and beyond)
1. Intense training.
2. More practice (exhibitions) matches.
3. Enrol the team in district, state and national
league team.
What the football academy needs for effective and result oriented training session
• A good playing field
• About 1 ball for each player
• Minimum 2 sets of bibs
• Different types of cones, poles, shades, hurdles etc.
• Our main priority is the happiness of children
• We would teach the children the game of football from the rudiment.
• Our instructors have experience in passing instruction/teaching to pupils.
